Jibreel Elliott, 31, of Plainfield, has been identified as the victim of a shooting that took place on Monday, Sept. 5, at 4:02 a.m. on Aspen Court, according to the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office.
Elliott was found in his vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds and taken to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
This is an active and ongoing homicide investigation.
